The Palace of Auburn Hills, referred to as 'The Palace' for short, is a sports and live entertainment facility located in a suburb north of Detroit, Michigan called Auburn Hills. The Palace of Auburn Hills officially opened on August 13, 1988. Since opening, the Palace of Auburn Hills has become one of Detroit’s main venues for today’s hottest events, ranging from concert tours and sports, to special events.

The Palace of Auburn Hills is currently the home of the NBA’s Detroit Pistons. At one time or another, the Palace of Auburn Hills also played home to the WNBA’s Detroit Shock, the IHL’s Detroit Vipers, the CISL’s Detroit Safari and the AFL’s Detroit Fury. Whether the teams are coming or going, the Palace of Auburn Hills continues to be an ideal venue for various sports events.

The Palace of Auburn Hills schedule welcomes a variety of sports and entertainment events. In addition to the regular home team games, concerts from the likes of Rihanna, Meatloaf, Katy Perry, Tim McGraw and Usher are all lined up for the year ahead.
