Trailer Park Boys: The groundbreaking Canadian comedy troupe is transforming their hit mokumentary television show into a full fledged comedy tour. After seven seasons of the misadventures of dim-witted trailer park neighbors, the show finally ended its hysterical run in 2007. However, the Boys still appear on the big screen in hilarious films and continue to tour with side-splitting stage shows. The series had its beginnings with the film short, One Last Shot, directed by Mike Clattenburg in 1998. The short exploited the lives of Ricky and Julian, two average criminals with get rich schemes. Clattenburg then turned the short into a feature length production in 1999. The film, Trailer Park Boys, was submitted at the Atlantic Film Festival in 1999 and was viewed by future cast-mate and producer, Barrie Dunn, who sought to turn the feature into a series. The Canadian network, Showcase, picked up the pilot for an initial 13 episode series and the rest is history. The show debuted in 2000 and finished its seven season run in 2007 with high ratings and a devoted fan base.

The show's popularity hit a fever pitch with the release of the troupe's second film, Trailer Park Boys: The Movie, in 2006. It catapulted them to fame in the US and expanded their popularity internationally. In addition to the film, Trailer Park Boys tour dates were scheduled on tours with Our Lady Peace and Guns N' Roses. The show was then broadcast internationally where they found fans from Germany to Australia. Although the show ended its run in 2007, the Trailer Park Boys reunited for several specials including "Say Goodnight to the Bad Guys", in 2008.

By 2009, they started developing a stage version of their hysterical antics and embarked on the The Ricky, Julian and Bubbles, Drunk, High and Unemployed Tour. The tour traveled Canada throughout 2010 and due to popular demand, the boys have been on the road ever since. A live performance of the Ricky Juilian and Bubbles Community Service Variety Show was filmed in Dublin and made into a film. The concert film was released shortly after the trio's third film, Trailer Park Boys: Don't Legalize It in 2014.
