8-Week Meditation Series
This workshop will be appropriate for any level of meditation experience, ranging from a beginner wanting to learn a routine to a daily meditator looking for guidance from a teacher. The primary aim will be to develop a new relationship with thoughts. Students both familiar and unfamiliar to Brandon’s teachings are encouraged to join the group. By the end ofthe eight weeks, students can expect to have developed and reinforced a meditation routine to be implemented daily. All sessions will be led by Brandon with the exception of 11/12, which will be an open session designed to implement what you have learned to that point.
